e small mystery gift ...

so smart! though we actually did 'hint' to you that it was related to that slightly bigger present. For your intelligence, here is the pic which has been disfigured by my bad photography skill.

Dear Wei, Here is a pic of your present, but it is partially revealed!!! Even if i do reveal the whole pic, it is unlikely that you will know WHAT it is :p

the me as defined...

Random surfing lead me to this site on Country Quiz which supposedly determines my "precise national match". I am fine with Chile but the description is totally off. Really skinny,.., Long, long, long walks on the beach... hmm....

"You're Chile! You're really skinny, and kind of bumpy in frame, but you're not as rough a person as you used to be. You like long, long, long walks on the beach and avoiding having your rights violated, just like anybody else does. You're even willing to stand up to those with more power and influence than you, trying to bring them to justice. Fight the man!"

Though the above sounds nothing like me, i continued to give another quiz a try. This time its the Animal Quiz. It made me sound like a granny and i am quite amused by what it says:

"You're a Tyrannosaurus Rex!You can't stop talking about the "good old days" of the past. While you remember everything being so much better and more glorious back then, you've got to realize that times have changed! It's time to move on, time to bring in the new technology and advancements! Still, there is some charm to your olden out-dated ways. Children seem to love you, for example, as do some historians and scientists. And you should really eat something... your bones are starting to show."

And another one: The University Quiz

"You're the Rensselaer Polytechnic Institute! You've been working on technical things for so long that you still use anachronistic arcane words for technical things. While this doesn't undermine your ability to work on them, it does mean that many have passed you by since you began your work. You're part of your own insular world and are all but anonymous to the average person you come across. Many do mistake you for an expert on the relative merits of basketball teams."

And yet another one: The Book Quiz. This is probably like so creepy since i explicitly expressed my dis-interest in the movie, an adaptation of the book.

"You're The Lion, the Witch and the Wardrobe!by C.S. Lewis. You were just looking for some decent clothes when everything changed quite dramatically. For the better or for the worse, it is still hard to tell. Now it seems like winter will never end and you feel cursed. Soon there will be an epic struggle between two forces in your life and you are very concerned about a betrayal that could turn the balance. If this makes it sound like you're re-enacting Christian theological events, that may or may not be coincidence. When in doubt, put your trust in zoo animals."

K... done with the quiz, i should start working on my assignments now :<

Poop-ish Prof

I am biased against NTU for a reason... and a rather frivolous one :p
Heck it if i am seen as petty, cos they need some lesson(in dire need, in fact) on E-mail or Communication Skiils to learn how to read the [Subject] field, basic etiquette and plenty more.

A reply from my NTU Prof upon submission of project:

"u could at least say u are from tue class"

A reply from my SMU Prof upon submission of project:

" Hi ______ and team,

Thanks for the presentation file. Your team did a good job today!

Happy New Year and enjoy the break!

Cheers,"

Happy Lunar New Year to all! 恭喜发财!
