 Reminiscing with Harry.
No Spoilers!


Started on the final book in the most cheapskate way and reminiscing the days of reading the book when we were still young! Never knew that it will be this soon that we are reading the final book (k… what I m reading now is just almost-a-book :p).




I was introduced to the series by Wei, towards the end of Secondary sch. Therefore, for her immense contribution, I shall not ruin her reading pleasure but will continue to tease her till she gets to read it. Quite certain you are able to enjoy the book in the vast nature of your home in Norway, wrapped in blanket, seeping tea and chewing bits of the gourmet Norwegian cheese!




For now, I am satisfied to have Harry with me till my final hours of my freedom.

 Switching from SIN to Norway
It’s an excerpt from the synopses of 8 Days, issue 874, for the last episode of [SWITCHED!]. I will provide u with the details of ending when it is finally aired on Monday, 23rd July.



Recap: The sisters are back to their original state. Shixuan felt that the current Xinhui was different from the girl he once dated. At the same time, Xinyu realizes that Xinhui has developed feelings for Anxiang. Hansheng seeks revenge and killed the business partner who causes his downfall. This was witnessed by Xinhui.



Finale:



Hansheng is infuriated when the police issue a warrant for his arrest. He knows Xin Hui must have alerted the authorities.



Yujuan keeps pressing Xinyu for updates on her relationship with Anxiang.



Xinyu has a good talk with Xinhui. Though Xinhui has more choices now, Xinyu knows it is difficult to find a good man like Anxiang.



Xinhui is unhappy with Shixuan for not calling on Xinyu. She visits him and tells him the whole story of how she and her sister had their bodies switched. He finds it hard to believe such a thing could happen.



Shixuan goes to the lake where he nearly drowned. He hears Jingjing telling him that appearances will not last forever. He finally believes Xinhui’s story.



When Shixuan approaches Xinyu, she presumes he is just showing sympathy. Anxiang urges Xinyu not to give up the man of her dreams because of her inferior complex.



Xinhui and Anxiang arrange for Shixuan to work at the medical hall. He proposes to Xinyu. Unexpectedly, Shixuan receives a call from Hansheng, who has kidnapped Xinhui and is demanding a ransom of $1million.



Xinhui manages to escape and tell Shixuan not to hand the money over.



Hansheng knocks Shixuan out and is about to stab Xinhui when Anxiang turns up.



That is pretty much what is written in 8 Days. However, the pic kind gives you all the hint you need to know on what will happen in the end. Wedding bells lor!

 Commenced.


Commencement is an event to commemorate the unfortunate event of the end of school life and start of work life (if it can even be considered a life).



Though miserable, I am glad to have attended the Commencement. There is nothing much worth celebrating but it provided a good photo taking opportunity with my very limited and almost precious friends from Uni days! My unexpected ‘catch’ was Qi hui’s NTU class mate, however nothing beats my pleasant bonus ‘catch’: my beloved friends from good old KC. It’s a pity that Val could not make it back from her hols or it would have been a even better reunion.

 Family Portrait Predicament
Been looking for a photography studio to take family portrait. Since i am no pro in judging what is a good or bad picture, i am basing it solely on the background the studio provides. After looking at several portfolio of the websites i found, i just hated most of it. What is with those moldy rotting coloured backgrounds la!!!! Puiiii......


Think i may settle for Werkz if my mum continues to bug me abt the portait, afterall it is 'official' studio recommended by the school and Gill went there too! I trust Gill :>
